FTU: Frequent Traveler University DC This Friday

USA TODAY Travel FTU - Washington, DC » FTUniversity

If you haven’t signed up already it looks like there are still some tickets available  for the Washington DC Frequent Traveler University Seminar this weekend. It kicks off on Friday Dec 5 around 6pm with reception and holiday get together and then runs through the weekend (Dec 6 & 7) for a very full and informative weekend.

I just checked out the line up and it looks like most of my favorite Mileage and points bloggers will be each be presenting material.  I am very excited and a little nervous. I hope to learn the answers to questions that have been floating around in my head that I haven’t sorted out myself (and are the types of questions you just don’t ask out on the internet).

If one ever hopes to maximize the accumulation and usage of travel miles and points, then building friendships and networks are key. Because there is much more than what you read on the blogs. Everyone has their own style and secrets that they may share with a few, but some things just can’t be posted for millions. Having certain things become mainstream would cause certain things to change, like with the US Mint coins and Vanilla Visa. So I would highly recommend attending the FTU Seminar if you get a chance.

Check out the great schedule and take your hobby to a new level!

See you there!
